Eating too much every once in a while is normal - We all overindulge when it comes to favorite foods. However, compulsively overeating can lead to negative consequences.

Compulsive overeating can lead to emotional, psychological and physiological side effects that can dramatically compromise one’s quality of life and hope for a healthy future. Weight gain related to overeating is also associated with increased health risk for various physical diseases as well as mental disorders.

There are different ways to overeat. Some people overeat by binge eating or eating large amounts of food in a short amount of time. Others may simply eat a lot throughout the day. Everyone’s habits are different, but the root problem is usually the same: Many of us use food to cope with negative emotions, which is where the link between body and mind becoming intrinsically connected.

My passion is to help you be your best and I will walk with you on your journey to health.

This has helped me discover the natural health found in living naturally, eating whole foods and using essential oils. My training with IIN opened a new world of natural health and natural solutions to every day living. It made me realize what I thought was 'healthy' was what the advertisers wanted us to believe.
