Meet The Host Of Kickstart Keto Challenge, Judi Curry

My name is Judi Curry, the leader of Kickstart Keto Challenge, and I am motivated to help those curious about starting a ketogenic diet and healthy lifestyle. Here is a little more about me:

Health is important to you and me. When we feel not quite well or just rotten we realize we need to do something about it. I am here to help you find what works for you.

I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach certified through IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), trained with Ideal Protein Weight Loss procedure, Ion Cleanse Whole Body detoxification and doTERRA Essential Oils.
My passion is to help you be your best and I will walk with you on your journey to health.

This has helped me discover the natural health found in living naturally, eating whole foods and using essential oils. My training with IIN opened a new world of natural health and natural solutions to every day living. It made me realize what I thought was 'healthy' was what the advertisers wanted us to believe.

I find joy and a reason to celebrate when a client reaches their personal goal. It is a journey not a destination! Every journey has it's highs and lows and I will help you on this discovery journey.
